 tbands are $20 for 3 days of music. They will be available at R5 records a
 nd at the required venues the day(s) of the festival.\nThis year\, the In 
 the Flow Festival will feature performances by: Harley White Jr. Orchestra
 \, Tony Passarell's Thin Air Orchestra\, RACE!!!\, Vinny Golia\, Byron Bla
