Carnival of Lights Carnival of Lights Presented by Downtown Sacramento Partnership at Downtown Sacramento November 26, 2010-January 3, 2011 This holiday season, the Carnival of Lights will delight visitors with a dazzling display of lights throughout the Central City from the waterfront through Midtown.
