Battle of the Trainers: Transformation Competition

Battle of The Trainers is a group competition featuring teams of 8-10 people who have committed to 90-day body transformations with their trainers and coaches.

Teams showcase their collective results and hard work on the Crest Theatre stage. Judges will vote for the team with the best overall results and crown the winning trainer, coach, or gym as the best in Sacramento.

Regardless of size, age, sex, or workout experience, this competition is meant to celebrate results, highlight amazing gyms and trainers in the area, and showcase the power of community, commitment, and hard work over 90 days.
