Grace Hudson to Present an Illustrated Program

A special 45-minute illustrated presentation will precede  a book signing by Marvin Schenck, curator at the Grace Hudson Museum in Ukiah. He will present illustrated lectures on pioneering Mendocino photographer Aurelius O. Carpenter, whose work is currently featured at the California State Railroad Museum. Schenck served as project director for the Aurelius O. Carpenter: Photographer of the Mendocino Frontier exhibition, and his essay on A. O. Carpenter’s photography career appears in the catalogue which accompanies the exhibit.
