      I praise you for keeping true to the title of the recipe. It is refreshing to finally see you take notice about keeping food clear of high-fructose corn syrup/corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. My... Expand

      I praise you for keeping true to the title of the recipe. It is refreshing to finally see you take notice about keeping food clear of high-fructose corn syrup/corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. My family has food allergies and must avoid corn based ingredients, wheat and peanuts so this is something that I can feed my family. I have dairy allergy as well so I am happy to say that I will also be able to enjoy it. So many others claim their recipe will be healthy and then they use pre-packaged products which usually contain corn syrup or a hydrogenated oil of some type which cancel it out. I am excited to try the dish and look forward to attending a class in the future that will be on a Sunday instead as I attend church. This goes right along the lines of a food diet that we believe in and I know if you do decide to have a future class on a Sunday that many more would attend. God Bless you & please post that recipe somewhere so that I can find out it is as good as it seemed. Collapse
