This is a wonderful opportunity to participate with other community leaders in an event that highlights the importance of health promotion programs. Please join the Health Education Council in raising funds to expand our health education programs. A fee of $125 includes Green Fee, Range Balls, Cart, Lunch, Awards Dinner and loads of fun! Also Available: Raffle Prizes, Silent Auction and Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Putting Contests! Sponsorship Opportunities also available now.

Please contact swilson@healthedcouncil.org. As a donator, you will be recognized as an important partner in our efforts to change lives and improve the health of our region. Information on your business will gladly be included in each golfers goodie bag! We expect over 200 participants this year.
