It's All Yoga is planning a 200 hour Teacher Training program to start in August 2009. Come and find out what teacher training is about!

This meeting will: -answer questions asked at our fall meeting -give a closer look at our teacher faculty (Baxter Bell, Alanna Kaivalya, Havi Brooks, Madeleine Lohman and Michelle Marlahan) -discuss the proposed training schedule -cover expectations for prospective trainees Join us for after-lunch snacks as we embark on this exciting path!

    18 or so of us just finished our last loving session with our most inspirational, real and skilled teater Michelle Marlahan. We had great Chakra Fridays that where a blast and so clearing of our "stuff" with Madelein and help from other such as Sethyne, Baxter and more. This was a very comprehensive program and I think the best in Sacramento. If you want to know yoga in your body, in your heart, in your spirit, in your cells, then you will find what a gift it can bring you in this program. Do go to this one if you are thinking of a Yoga Teacher Training program in Sacramento. I liked that it took us 6 months every other weekend to grown into it all and there was a lot to grow into. I have been given enough educational materials to last me a year more of study. Collapse
