Our mission is to elevate Sacramento’s cocktail culture---or should we say, cocktail couture. That’s right, get ready to dress up your drinks against the background of Midtown’s evolving epicurean epicenter. Taunt your palate as Midtown ushers in seven days of straight-up mixology, pairing cuisine with a twist of cocktails and education, and a splash of celebrity bartenders. In this 2nd Annual Cocktail Week we bring together the dynamic beverage culture interpreted through the combined lens of Midtown’s ambitious and talented bartenders, chefs, and local farmers to celebrate the cocktail.
The bartenders of Midtown Cocktail Week invite you, the thirsty, to elucidate the mysteries and magic of Midtown mixology. Join us for one week of cocktail dinners, seminars, mixology competitions, guest bartenders, and the celebration of the magnificent margarita.
The Week's Schedule is as follows:
Monday at 6pm
"Cocktail Party Kickoff" at The L Wine Lounge AND
"Penthouse Party" at the L Street Lofts
Tuesday at 6pm
"Bartender Mixology Competition" at Lounge ON20
Wednesday at 6pm
"Pig Roast & Harvest Drinks" at Mulvaney's B & L
Thursday at 6pm
"Latin Spirits Night" at Zocalo
Friday at 9pm
"Craft Punch Party" at Paragary's Patio
Saturday from 4-9pm
"Cocktail Creation Class w/ Jon Santer" at Dragonfly Restaurant, 4-6pm AND
"A Great Place To Get Some" at Ink Eats & Drinks, 6-9pm
Sunday at 8pm
"MCW Closing Party" at MIX Downtown
