The Sacramento food and arts scene will participate in a unique fundraiser in downtown Sacramento. The Edible Walking Tour-"Eat Your Art Out", offers attendees the opportunity to support the arts by eating and drinking their way through Sacramento's downtown gourmet district.
This food and pub crawl takes participants through a multitude of primarily independently owned downtown restaurants and coffee houses. Each location pairs samples of food and drink for the guests and several Sacramento arts groups will be providing entertainment at select locations. Attendees are guided through the restaurant tour by "Crawl Captains" who take them to the carefully mapped-out routes.
Funds raised at this event will be donated to the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission (SMAC) for distribution to local arts groups through various grant programs. For more information on SMAC, please log onto www.sacmetroarts.org.
Participating Locations: Hot Italian, Brew it Up!, Temple, 3 Fires Lounge, and more added every day!
