This winery was founded in the 1860s and its caves were dug out of white volcanic rock -- hence the name. The Vandendriessche family purchased and started reviving the vineyard in 1977. After more than thirty years, this vineyard is known for delicious and carefully crafted Clarets and Chardonnays. This wine will pair perfectly with Executive Chef Kelly Macdonald's cuisine.
