Add Review/Comment
An all-new exhibit to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the first man on the Moon. Join us to catch the excitement of the manned missions to the Moon! See a real Moon Rock, actual astronaut food, helmets, and other Apollo Space Program artifacts on loan from NASA. Learn how Sacramento residents and companies played a large role in success of the Moon missions, and see how Sacramento – and the world! -- reacted to news of the First Man on the Moon! Interactive activities include a rocketship activity area on loan from The Habitot in Berkeley. Exhibits include items on loan from the Sacramento Archives and Aerojet.
