Freethought Day is an annual celebration of reason, freethought, and church-state separation--an opportunity to celebrate freedoms we too often take for granted, but which were once seen as radical, even unthinkable; and a change to honor the bold and independent thinkers who led our nation to a policy of governmental neutrality toward ultimate beliefs of citizens.
Sacramento’s 8th Annual Freethought Day Fair will feature speakers, live music, an education expo, and children’s activities.
Entertainment will include the popular James Israel Band and Midtown Jazz, along with other local musicians, and the Coexist Comedy Tour. Open to the public.
