Candlelight Tours: Sutter’s Fort after Dark

Beneath the glow of candlelight, "eavesdrop" on the conversations and tales of the pioneers living at Captain John Sutter’s fort in New Helvetia (midtown Sacramento) in 1846. Evening visitors to the fort will be guided through the candlelit rooms and courtyards of Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park . Evening candlelight tours depart every 10 minutes from 6:30pm-8:00pm rain or shine from the entrance gate. This is a once annual theater-like program. Space is limited and tickets are non-refundable.
