      We purchased an online ticket that said "this is your ticket" and we had to wait in the will call line for another ticket. Meanwhile there are 150 people ahead of us and one person handing out... Expand

      We purchased an online ticket that said "this is your ticket" and we had to wait in the will call line for another ticket. Meanwhile there are 150 people ahead of us and one person handing out tickets. Horribly organized! The signs aren't labeled correctly either, we found out we had to go in this line after we tried going into the EXPO! Collapse
