In the studio we promote an environment of empowerment, freedom, a sense of belonging, creativity, acceptance, and fun – The Workshop Series was created to afford a vehicle for all women ready to explore burlesque or looking to hone their skills an opportunity to let loose and celebrate themselves Sirens’ Style!
Join instructor Jay Siren as she leads you through two different mini routines set to whip you into Sirens’ shape and ready to show off some Sizzle…Each routine will incorporate different props and styles of movement & music, so by the end of the day you will walk away with your own mini arsenal of burlesque movement and panache...
This workshop changes every month, and is an excellent all over workout that focuses on the parts of a woman’s body that deserve a little extra attention...Come with an open mind ready to sweat and try something new! Jazz shoes, character shoes, sneakers, etc. all work - just be sure to wear comfortable clothing that does not limit your mobility. Fishnets, gloves, or anything sassy you have that makes your inner Siren shine doesn’t hurt either! Dressing up is part of the fun, so if you have the time bring some of your favorite pieces to dance in (routine props will be provided for workshop use by instructor).
No more than 15 students will be allowed into each workshop – we want to leave you feeling like you genuinely learned something and got the attention you deserve!
