Come aboard for a lively afternoon with Ren Harris, owner and manager of Paradigm Winery, producer of artisan estate bottled red wine. Ren and his wife, Marilyn, have been longtime advocates for the Oakville appellation, eco-friendly farming and environmental awareness. Enjoy the early springtime views of vineyards and flowering mustard from the Vista Dome Car. The sumptuous menu created by Executive Chef Kelly MacDonald perfectly pairs with the featured wines handcrafted by longtime renowned winemaker Heidi Peterson Barrett.
