In this wonderful day we will focus on relaxing and focusing on wellness. We will provide meditations for healing, affirmations for power, acceptance and love of our bodies and our lives. We will do powerful work with partners to release fears and empower each other. We will explore light stretching and laughter- important for breast cancer survivors. We will do important work with vision, dream boards and create friendships and support systems.
This day is geared for breast cancer patients, survivors and their support people. You will leave feeling well, healthy, whole, empowered, supported, loved and that you are not alone.
Our very special guest speaker will be Dr. Wendy Treynor Ph.D Psychologist, Cancer Survivor, and Inspirational Speaker. Don’t miss her inspiration and story she will bring to our day.
This special day is complimentary and includes lunch. Sign up quickly (via web or email addresses provided below) as space is limited and will fill up fast!
**Please no perfumes and bring a blanket and pillow to make yourself comfortable**
