Creativity Matters: There’s an Art to Getting Older, a program offered through a partnership with Sacramento Metropolitan Arts and the Sacramento Department of Parks & Recreation, Older Adult Services Section and is funded by the E.M. Hart Trust Fund. Creative Aging art classes are four to ten weeks in length with offerings ranging from poetry, creative writing and two-dimensional and three-dimensional visual arts, to various forms of dance, acting and theater.
The classes are for adults 50 or better and are free. Participants may attend one or all of the classes in the series.
