Based on the stories of Indian author Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, STC is excited to bring back this lovely tale--now on the Mainstage. Join us for the amazing story of a young Indian woman who enters into an arranged marriage, leaves her native land, and adapts to life in California. From innocence to widowhood, this captivating production features new and extended choreography as well as STC Alumna--Roshni Shukla--as Sumita.

      I was very pleased to see the adaptation of Arranged Marriage. People usually have a negative view of Arranged Marriage but this play shows the love that is within it. I loved the Bollywood dancing... Expand

      I was very pleased to see the adaptation of Arranged Marriage. People usually have a negative view of Arranged Marriage but this play shows the love that is within it. I loved the Bollywood dancing also. It couldn't be Indian without it!! Collapse
