The Bent Twig art show will feature a family tree of artists helping artists - an event in which established artists are coupled with emerging artists to display their works side by side. Major artists from the Sacramento area were invited to each selected a newer or relatively unknown artist to partner with them in the show, thus creating a family tree of support in the local art scene.

During the evening's art show, a silent auction fundraiser of art and gift baskets will be held to benefit the National Transplant Assistance Fund in honor of Danny Madsen.
