Called “Her Deepness” by the New York Times and The New Yorker, Sylvia Earle is one of the most recognized marine biologists of her lifetime. She is an explorer-in-residence at National Geographic and a leading voice in ocean conservation. She created the Sustainable Seas Expedition which researches the 12 National Marine Sanctuaries that surround the North American continent.
