Artisan Cheese Making Classes

Learn to make homemade, artisan cheeses with cheese expert and Wine-Club member Sacha Laurin (from Taste of New Zealand & Australia). The courses include step-by-step, hands-on instruction on how to make four different kinds of cheese; a different one each week.
As part of the class, you will also sample some of Sacha’s own cheese (this itself makes the course worthwhile) paired to our selection of wines. Materials are included in the price. Students will leave each session with their own cheese and a smile on their face.
March 6: Triple Cream Brie
March 13: Gorgonzola
March 20: Marinated Feta in Olive Oil
March 27: Mozzarella
