April 14, 2010
Add Review/Comment
Louie is a painter and an art installation artist; her art fuses Western and Eastern visual cultures. As her work evolved it increasingly engaged her Chinese diasporic experience in art that recalls, for example, memories of the social and political turmoil that was the backdrop of her youth.
