It’s a shopper’s paradise in-the-making! This year, Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park and the State Indian Museum are both hosting their annual springtime artisan shopping events on the very same spring weekend. Sutter’s Fort will host their popular Traders’ Faire and Historic Pioneer Demonstration Days while the State Indian Museum (located on the northern grounds of Sutter’s Fort) will present their annual springtime Indian Arts & Crafts Market.
While the available wares are different at each location and true to their respective histories, both offer unique hand-crafted items that make for treasured gifts and collectibles.
