Sacramento Youth Symphony's Premier Orchestra, conducted by Michael Neumann, will present Concerto soloist, Fantee Jones, in Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto #2, along with works by elgar, vonWeber, and Borodin. This is this season's final concert before their European tour.
