Vox Sacramento presents its 3rd annual women's show "She". "She" is a benefit for the Sacramento Valley Komen Foundation showcasing female artists from Sacramento and the Bay Area. "She" features Vox Sacramento artist members: Meagan Moore, Amelia Lewis, Susan Raines, Dawn Blanchfield, Lala Ortiz, Elaine Hudson, Evie Turner, Nicole Roberts, Jill Allyn Stafford, Deborah Brown, Hilda Tonarely, Kim Brownell, Rachel Young, Ilsa Hess, Jamie Castaneda, & Kathy Blackburne.

In addition to the art that will be up for the month at Byuti Salon, there will also be artists showing for the evening only. Artists Jamie Castaneda and Jared Konopitski will be creating art live. Vox Sacramento will be walking in the Race for the Cure the morning of May 8th, and will also be holding a raffle of original art and other items to benefit the Sacramento Komen Foundation that evening. All proceeds will go to Komen. Music includes live performances by Reggie Ginn and others. Music starts at 7 p.m., no cover charge.
