Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's best loved and most widely recognized red grape varietals. Full-bodied and rich, it is also the grape varietal that we are best known for here in the Napa Valley. We will enjoy several great examples of this varietal, paired with a delicious multi-course menu by Wine Train Wine Director Ryan Graham and Executive Chef Kelly Macdonald. You will experience a night of luxury in our 1952 glass enclosed Vista Dome car on board The Napa Valley Wine Train, as you enjoy some of the finest Cabernets chosen to please your palates.
