History enthusiasts and the community-at-large are invited to tour the California State Capitol Museum to see the exciting and new This Means War!: California’s Role in the Spanish-American War exhibit. Four colorful and history-rich flags from the Spanish-American war will be on display along with an authentic Rough Rider’s uniform, weapons used during the war, a fully-outfitted war horse and elements that showcase Theodore Roosevelt’s involvement in the war. Don’t miss your chance to learn more about how this war had far-reaching effects on California and its pivotal role in shaping American foreign policy.
