A Changing Surface presents a range of artworks created through traditional, digital, and conceptual printmaking practices, showcasing how contemporary artists have explored the printed image in the digital age. Our ubiquitous use of computers, video games, HD televisions, smart phones, and digital readers has altered our modes of seeing by engendering virtual, tangible, and optical qualities on the printed surface.
