Living with Trees
August 4, 2010-January 15, 2011
Add Review/Comment
Trees are Sacramento's crowning glory. In Sacramento, our tree-lined boulevards, parks, and residential foliage evoke far more than an appreciation for natural beauty. They represent 150 years of commitment to trees based on a profound understanding of the economic, environmental, and public health benefits that trees bequeath. This exhibition features historic photographs from the Center for Sacramento history collections and Preservation a site-specific installation by Cheri Ibes.
