WASH Inc., Watercolor Artists of Sacramento Horizons, presents "Go With the Flow 2010," a Watercolor Open Exhibition. This juried open watercolor competition is a much anticipated annual event. The regions finest watercolorists will participate. Judge Dale Laitinen has been painting watercolor thirty five years. He is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, and Watercolor West.
