    Most trade publications are claiming the 2007 vintage of California Pinot Noir is the greatest in our history. The Paragary Restaurant Group is bringing three of California's most respected Pinot Noir specialists to Esquire Grill, to give you their unique perspective from a winemakers point of view.

    The panel includes:
    -Chris Weidemann of Pelerin Winery, Santa Lucia Highlands. Chris honed his craft at Newton and Morgan, working with winemaking legends Kongsgaard and Dean DeKorth wineries before striking out on his own at Pelerin.

    -Denise Selyem of WesMar Winery, Russian River. The Daughter of Russian River pioneer Ed Selyem of Williams Selyem, Denise makes elegant single vineyard Pinot Noirs.She and her husband and partner Kirk, spent several years working at Williams Selyem before the winery was sold in 1997.

    -Byron Kosuge of B. Kosuge Wines, Carneros. Byron spent the first 15 years of his career making wine at Saintsbury. He currently produces wines under his own label, and continues to consult at Muira. He recently started a small Pinot-centric project called Aiena.

    A Pour Club special menu will be offered after the event if you would like to stay for dinner.
    This is a unique opportunity to experience the fantastic Pinot Noir's of 2007 with the people who crafted them. Seating is extremely limited, and we suggest you RSVP as soon as possible to guarantee a spot.
