Sacramento State's Symphonic Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Robert Halseth, performs. The concert will open with a guest band from El Camino High School, followed by Sac State's Wind Ensemble, performing works by Tchaikovsky, Rolf Rudin, Grainger, Pedro Iturralde, and Jack Stamp.
