Learn how to preserve your estate, protect your intellectual property, and maintain the integrity of your creative assets after death.

Attorneys Borden Webb and Anthony Garafola will review the fundamentals of estate planning and discuss the unique issues related to artists’ estates. This is an especially important topic for artists from all disciplines who wish to protect their legacy and maintain the integrity of their creative work. The panelists will discuss how best to prepare wills, trusts, and durable powers of attorney for the protection of both your tangible and intellectual property.

Borden D. Webb is an experienced Decedents' Estates, Conservatorships and Guardianships, and Estate Planning attorney practicing from the Sacramento office of Webb and Tapella LC.

Anthony J. Garafola maintains a general civil law practice in Sacramento with a focus on business and arts law. In addition to providing advice and counsel in all aspects of creating and operating businesses, he advises clients in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters as well.
