Celebrated worldwide, Kwanzaa focuses on family, community, creativity, and the cultural traditions found in the African diaspora. At this museum-wide festival, the Crocker celebrates its new collection of African art with music and dance performances, unique studio art workshops, storytelling, and much more.

      We will have an African Marketplace with original artwork and gifts for Kwanzaa and for you art collectors, a fashion show, and a rousing Kwanzaa celebration for the first day of Kwanzaa - Umoja - with drumming and dance. The "Mudcloth Madness" show will be in the original Crocker building through February 2011. And much more! Free entry and parking on Sunday, December 26th.
