The British Isles have given us some of the world’s most enduring, classic cheeses, from Farmhouse Cheddars to Traditional Blues. Judy Creighton invites you to sample an array of these masterpieces served with their traditional escorts of Sherry, Port, and Madeira. Then we’ll get a little unconventional and visit some “country cousins” from Down Under with a late harvest Shiraz!
