Melting, dipping, swirling—a marvelous way to experience the nuances of fine cheese. These fondues are perfect for cozying up for a romantic dinner for two and ideal for entertaining groups of friends. Chef and cheesemaker Sheana Davis will share the secrets for deliciously perfect pots as well as some new twists on classic recipes. And to chase away the January blues we’ll finish with a chocolate fondue!
