Too absurd to be terrifying, too nightmarish to be merely comic, Hausu (House) traces a girl’s encounters with evil spirits, bloodthirsty pianos, and a demonic housecat. Directed by Nobuhiko Obayashi. This 1977 cult classic in-the-making is presented by Movies on a Big Screen.
