Add Review/Comment
Once again, Movies on a Big Screen is bringing the all-new 2010-2011 edition of the Media That Matters Short Film Festival (they've run this annually-changing fest of socially-conscious shorts each year since their first year). The fest is compiled by Arts Engine in New York, which incidentally been incredibly supportive of MOBS. The shorts are all made by student and independent filmmakers, and subjects covered in this year's fest include: health insurance abandonment; the lasting impact of the Sean Bell incident in New York City; wrongful imprisonment in Guantanamo; problems with bottled water; and much, much more.
