It is time to celebrate the wonders of Spring. Bring your family, friends, and canine companions and walk for a cure at the 2011 Greater Sacramento Valley Arthritis Walk. May is National Arthritis Awareness Month and the 2011 Walk is not only a means to spread the word of the benefits of physical activity to ease the pain of arthritis; but as a way to come together to help raise money to find a cure. Following the Walk, the Health and Fitness Expo will feature refreshments, a Kids’ Zone, and a special Pets Zone for our four-legged walkers.
