With Sacramento’s passion for home grown and vine-ripened tomatoes this time of year, learn how to create new recipes, salsas, and salads during the next “Live With the Chef” cooking class. Chef Josh will demonstrate cooking techniques and secrets to make vibrant, fast, and healthy meals all summer long. This special monthly cooking class is focused on incorporating fresh ingredients designed to maximize the nutrients for a healthy and well balanced diet.
