The 4th Annual Sacramento World Music & Dance Festival in Old Sacramento is a family festival that is a spectacular presentation of world cultures, ethnic dance and live musical performances. Old Sacramento will be transformed into a global village of dance, music, and artistry with a series of free public shows and children’s theatre performances. With fun-filled education in mind, the festival provides an arena for youth and adults to experience cultural awareness through art, clothing, story-telling, and dance workshops.

There are no street closures and local restaurants will be open to the public. The Sacramento World Music and Dance Festival is a free event for families and community members to take part in the beauty of Sacramento's diverse cultures. Learn about your neighbor, and share the passion of music and dance!

There is a special kick-off event the evening before the Festival.
