Richard Hallmarq of Sacramento returns to his hometown to unveil a first look at his line, "The Collection." Join The Park Ultra Lounge & 916 fashionistas for a night of fashion & fun. Special appearances, including members of the New Power Generation and Madhouse, are highlights. DJ Peeti-V opens the night, then resident DJ Spider of Tryst LV takes the stage for his monthly jam session.

Richard Hallmarq is a California-based fashion designer, with a rich heritage beyond the golden state. The son of Panamanian/American parents, Hallmarq's sense of creativity was nurtured early on by learning how to sew in junior high school. Hallmarq was soon creating cutting edge styles for friends and fellow students as a high school fashion design student. When assembling a collection, Hallmarq combines a strict attention to detail with a flair for selecting unique and imaginative textiles.
