At the Annual Open Watercolor Exhibition: Go With The Flow 2011, Watercolor Artists of Sacramento Horizons, Inc. presents the very best of regional watercolor. This annual open show will be judged by Howard Rees. Additionally, the Synergetic Artists of Sacramento (SAS), a group of 8 artists who work both collaboratively and individually in various mediums, will be showing the month of September 2011.
