The Modern Italian Film Festival returns for a 2nd year, offering free feature-length films and shorts that celebrate contemporary film making from Italy. Movie-goers are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs and may purchase pizza, panini, and salads with beverages to-go at Hot Italian.

The Modern Italian Film Festival opens Friday with La Prima Bella Cosa (The First Beautiful Thing) starring Valerio Masandrea and ends on Saturday with Ricordati Di Me (Remember Me, My Love) starring Monica Bellucci.
