Come to the Community Center Theater and discover all the wonderful secrets of theater. For the Arts Open House, the theater will be offering tours, performances, and much much more.

Have you ever seen a performance at Sacramento’s Community Center Theater? Do you wonder what the crowd looks like from the stage – and what it’s like to perform for an audience of thousands? Do you ever wonder what it is like to be a professional dancer, or visual artist, or musician, or actor?

At the Arts.Open House, sponsored by Artober, the doors of of the Community Center Theater will be thrown open for families to explore and get up close and personal with performing arts and visual artists.

Come for a backstage tour of the lights, camera, and action. Come see your favorite professional and community groups perform. Come meet new professional and community groups. Come talk with the people behind Sacramento’s performing arts community. Come see some of the best youth artists perform in school choirs, jazz bands, or orchestras.
