Lumens Light + Living and the Center for Contemporary Art, Sacramento’s Gallery Associates Stacey Hilton, Mariana Moscoso, and Diana Bowers are pleased to present Lights, Camera, Art, an exhibition of work by Ann Tracy.

Curated by Diana Bowers, this exhibition consists of one of the original light box pieces that Tracy created and her subsequent journey with using the light box as a platform for other artwork. A digital artist, Tracy uses light boxes in part because they recall the light emanating from her computer monitor as she creates her art. She refers to herself as a “digital alchemist,” and her enigmatic and challenging art is evidence of that alchemy at work.

Ann Tracy is currently showing at Sacramento’s E Street Gallery and Studios. She has also shown recently in group shows at Tangent Gallery and Sacramento Temporary Contemporary, in addition to exhibiting worldwide from Japan to Maui to New York City.
