California Capitol Chefs Association presents A Taste of Elegance a pork cooking competition and tasting. Sacramento's best chefs will showcase their talents cooking pork. The winner will progress to the Regional level and perhaps the National Competition. This culinary student cook-off features live music and local wineries.
All proceeds to benefit California Capitol Chefs Association Student Programs.
