Join Occupy Sacramento and Cindy Sheehan in commemorating the 63rd anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. There will be teach-ins, speakers, informational tabling, spoken word, and music. At 2pm, march to the county jail to read and deliver the Declaration. At 6:30pm march to 2nd Saturday.
