2011 marks Sacramento’s best in R&B/Funk music, Mercy Me’s 17th year performing selections by legendary artists, along with their original music, in the regions of Sacramento, Folsom, the Bay area and Lake Tahoe. In 2005, MMB was honored to perform for the prestigious Black Music Hall of Fame Awards in Omaha, Nebraska. MMB received SAMMIE awards in 2002 and 2005; in the category of “Outstanding Cover/Bar Band”, sponsored by the Sacramento News & Review.
